How to make a champagne cocktail

For proper mixing of drinks, you will need a blender, shaker, juicer: with their help, you can prepare all the components for use. Homemade champagne cocktails are made with simple, easy-to-get ingredients. Remember a few important tips that will help you make a quality alcoholic drink:

  1. Temperature regime. Refrigerate all components to 5-8°C before mixing. At this temperature, the taste of alcohol is better revealed, the smell of alcohol almost disappears.
  2. Juices without pulp. If you want to squeeze fresh orange, lemon, etc., use a fine sieve. Filter the juice through it.
  3. No shaking. Liquid components that require mixing are shaken in a shaker separately from champagne. The finished cocktail can only be slowly stirred with a spoon or tube.
  4. Tall glasses. Calculate the volume of servings of the drink so that it does not take up the entire volume of the glass. A carbonated drink that foams up from accidental shaking can leave stains on the table and clothes.
