  • canned pineapples - 300 g;
  • cheese - 100 g;
  • garlic - 5 cloves;
  • lemon - 1/2 pc.;
  • rosemary - a couple of branches;

Cooking:

  • We are preparing the marinade. To do this, mix the garlic passed through the press with olive oil and the listed spices. We leave for half an hour.

  • Half an hour before readiness, we raise the temperature to 200 degrees and open the foil so that the skin of the turkey is appetizingly reddened. We advise you to constantly look at the bird so that it does not burn.

You will need:

  • red fish (trout, salmon or salmon) - 1 kg;
  • puff yeast-free dough - 500 g;
  • spinach - 500 g;
  • sour cream - 50 g;
  • olive oil - 30 ml;
  • nutmeg - 2 grams;
  • lemon - 1/2 pc.;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • salt, spices for fish - to taste.

Cooking:

  1. We fillet the fish.
  2. In a saucepan, combine spinach, nutmeg and olive oil. Simmer over low heat for 5-7 minutes until the spinach is soft.

  • brown sugar - 250 g;

  • lemon - 1 pc.;
  • rum - 50 ml;
  • baking powder - 10 g;
