Layered salads always decorate the table: so what, then everything will mix, but the serving looks non-trivial! Today we are trying to prepare a rather light salad with a lot of ingredients. Yes, the preparatory stage will take a little time, but then you just have to grind everything!

  • potatoes - 1 piece
  • carrots - 1 pc
  • fresh cucumber - 1 piece
  • apple - 1 pc
  • chicken eggs - 5 pcs.
  • chicken breast - 2 pcs
  • cheese - 150 g
  • mayonnaise to taste

The preparation mainly includes boiling products that require heat treatment, so you can immediately put several pots on the stove. One with chicken ...

... and another one with potatoes and carrots. In the photo you can see 2 potatoes, but in the end I only needed one, although the number strongly depends on the size of the tubers. These turned out to be too large, and with both potatoes in the salad, it would have made some kind of lazy potato casserole.

I had doubts about the first layer: usually these salads start with potatoes, but for some reason I don't really like it. Looking at the rest of the ingredients, I realized that it would be difficult for them to hold the rest of the layers and the bases from them will turn out to be so-so. As a result, we will start traditionally with potatoes. Three on a coarse grater and put in a mold. By the way, it is better to cook potatoes in their uniforms, since the presence of the skin still affects the taste and structure.

Further it is easier: only the top layer is fixed (about it a little lower), so that everything else can be laid out as you like. I had an apple with a second rather thin layer, which I had previously washed, peeled and grated from the peel and core and rubbed.

The third layer was egg white. Yes, for this salad you will have to separate the whites and yolks and grind them separately: I grated the whites, and just chopped the yolks with a knife, because they crumble from the slightest impact anyway. By the way, it is the yolks that are the last "decorative" scrapping, which is used to cover mayonnaise, so do not rush to spread them in the middle layer.

On top of the protein, I laid out finely chopped chicken breast. Perhaps you have already noticed that there was no mayonnaise yet? To smear each layer is not only very inconvenient, but also threatens your figure with a complete collapse, therefore this salad has only 2 mayonnaise layers, one of which we will make right now on top of the chicken. By the way, even on 1 layer of mayonnaise or without it at all, the salad will keep its shape if you press the layers well, so you don't have to worry about this.

Now it's the turn of another thin layer - cucumber. At first I darted between an apple and a cucumber, but combining them in one dish did not regret at all.

Next, lay out the grated boiled carrots. By the way, it should be said that my choice of bowl was not the best. Cutting the salad like a cake, and then removing these pieces was inconvenient, so it is better to use a rectangular shape.

Then grated cheese is used.

And finally, we make the second layer of mayonnaise ...

And sprinkle it with egg yolk.

  • Dill - 1 bunch
  • Cheese - 100 g
  • Mayonnaise - 150 ml

Ingredients are based on two servings. (ring with a diameter of 12 cm and a height of 5 cm).

Grate eggs, potatoes and cheese.

Chop the crab meat very finely.

Chop the dill, finely.

For less use of mayonnaise, you can put it in a piping bag.

On the top layer (cheese), coat only the edge with mayonnaise.

The dish is suitable for those who follow their figure. For those who are not losing weight, you can add a spoonful of vegetable oil to the onion along with soy sauce, and replace natural yogurt with sour cream or mayonnaise.

  • canned fish - 1 can;
  • chicken eggs - 4 pcs;
  • rice - 4-5 tbsp. l .;
  • onion - 1 shb;
  • cucumbers - 1 pc;
  • sour cream - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • natural yogurt - 2-3 tbsp. l .;
  • soy sauce - 1 tbsp l.

Boil rice (not salt).

Boil hard-boiled eggs.

Peel the onion and chop finely. Then we put it in a bowl, fill it with soy sauce and put it in the microwave under a closed lid for 3 minutes.

Canned fish in its own juice (you can take any, I had saury) knead with a fork.

Three cucumber on a coarse grater and leave part for decoration.

Finely chop the greens and green onions.

Rub the eggs on a coarse grater. We leave two yolks for decoration.

Then put boiled rice, grated cucumber and eggs, canned fish, onions, herbs and green onions in a bowl. Mix and season with sour cream and natural yogurt.

Salt and pepper to taste. Do not overdo it with salt, as it is in canned food.

Place all ingredients in a salad bowl, garnish with yolk and cucumber. The salad turned out to be very tasty and juicy.

Recipe 7: Sissy salad with liver (step by step)

Sissy salad - simple but delicious, delicate and beautiful. Prepare from simple products within 30 minutes. But in spite of its simplicity, it will certainly decorate your festive table.

  • 3 pcs potatoes
  • 3 pieces of pickled cucumbers
  • 2 pieces of onions
  • 300 gr chicken liver
  • 1 pc can of green peas
  • 2 eggs
  • 140 gr mayonnaise

for marinade

  • 0.5 glass of water
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar

We mix water with vinegar, sugar and salt, make a marinade.

Peel the onion, chop finely and soak in our marinade for about 20 minutes.

We put the pickled onions in a colander and let the liquid drain.

Boil the chicken liver and cut into small pieces.

Peel and boil the potatoes. Let cool and chop finely.

We boil the eggs and clean the same finely mode.

Put pickled onions in a salad bowl and coat with mayonnaise.

Put boiled potatoes on top and coat with mayonnaise in the same way.

Then we spread the finely chopped chicken liver and mayonnaise again.

Next layer of pickles and mayonnaise.
