Pour kefir into a bowl and add baking soda. I stir.

I add vanillin, baking powder, granulated sugar. I mix everything thoroughly.

I add vegetable oil and mix again.
It remains to add flour, which I do.

Mix thoroughly and get the dough for cupcakes in consistency like thick sour cream.
I divide the resulting dough in half, that is, pour half into another bowl.

One bowl contains white dough. Add cocoa powder to another bowl and stir.
