1. In a bowl, combine the sifted flour, margarine, 4 tablespoons of sour cream, salt and soda. Knead the dough, it should be elastic, non-sticky, tender.
2. Peel the onion and cut into quarter rings. Then fry until soft, add nutmeg, pepper and salt.
3. Roll out the dough and put it on the bottom of the greased form, put the onion on top and fill it with a mass of eggs and sour cream.

Flour - 400 gr.
yeast - 20 gr.
sugar, salt, pepper - to taste
chopped herbs - 4 tablespoons
leeks - 4 tablespoons
onion - 300 gr.
garlic - 3 cloves
butter - 2 tablespoons
pork - 125 gr.
egg - 2 pieces
cheese - 100 gr.
milk - 100 ml.

1. Dissolve yeast in 200 milliliters of warm water. Sift the flour into a bowl, make a well and pour in the yeast. Pour a pinch of sugar and set for 30 minutes.
2. After this time, knead the dough with herbs and salt.
3. Lubricate the baking dish with oil and put the dough with sides into it. Set aside the form for 60 minutes (the dough should rise).
4. Cooking the filling: chop the onion, leek and pork. Onion (one and second) stew for five minutes under the lid in butter. Then add pork and garlic and fry everything together.
5. Spread the filling on the dough, sprinkle with cheese and fill with a mass of eggs, milk and seasoning.
6. Put the cake in the oven for 30 minutes.
