1. First of all, to prepare the dish, peel the potatoes and onions, and then proceed to process the meat. Some sites recommend beating meat, but I don't. I recommend doing this: Rinse the chicken thighs under water, skin them (don't throw them away), and separate the meat from the bone. Then cut the meat into small pieces (preferably flat). You can throw away the bones, or use them to make, for example, rich soup or borscht)))).

2. Now cut the peeled and washed potatoes into rings or rectangles (like french fries). To do this, you can use a special grater.

3. It remains to cut the onion into half rings or rings.

4. Now you need to put all the ingredients on a baking sheet in layers, but before that, grease it with a few drops of vegetable or olive oil.

Remove the dish from the oven and you can serve it on the table.
