Second way

You will need:

  • trout;
  • salt;
  • sugar;
  • ground black pepper.

Prepare the fish exactly as described above. Prepare a mixture of salt, sugar and black pepper. Grate the trout with it on all sides, wrap the fish in cling film, put in the refrigerator for two days. Before serving, trout is sprinkled with lemon juice. So delicious dish you can surprise anyone.
