Quite unexpectedly, by chance, I had to set up such an experiment - to bake a biscuit cake from Plombir ice cream. And it turned out great in taste, very gentle, airy and lush. Its crumb will surely amaze you with its whiteness and friability. The only slight downside to this cake is that it seemed a little dry to me, which probably came from the fact that I did not add extra butter to the dough. But you can immediately turn this disadvantage into a virtue, such a cake is very well suited for any biscuit cake - in combination with cream, it will be delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 550 gr soft ice cream Sundae
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar (maybe a little more)
  • 325 gr flour
  • 1 sachet 5 gr baking powder

Cooking method

Whisk soft ice cream Plombir until fluffy, then add eggs and sugar to it, continue to beat. Mix flour with baking powder and add parts to our whipped mass. The dough for the cake should be homogeneous, tender and airy. We put it in a baking dish (I previously greased it with vegetable oil and sprinkled it with breadcrumbs) and bake a biscuit cake in a well-heated oven to 190 C for about 40-50 minutes, until golden brown and ready. Ingredients for Frozen Berry Pie:

  1. Wheat flour 2.5 cups + 2 tbsp. spoons
  2. Chicken eggs 3 pcs
  3. Sugar 1 cup or to taste
  4. Kefir 1 glass
  5. Butter 100 g
  6. Baking powder 1.5 tsp
  7. Frozen berries 3 cups or to taste
  8. Salt 0.5 tsp or to taste
  9. Vegetable oil for mold lubrication

How to make frozen berry pie:

Step 1: Prepare the dough.


The first thing to start with is the preparation of butter. For our recipe, it must be softened, so we take it out of the refrigerator in advance.

Then sift the flour into a deep plate or bowl, add the baking powder, salt and mix thoroughly with a tablespoon or whisk until smooth.

Put the softened butter and sugar into the mixing bowl. Mix them with a mixer at maximum speed for 5 minutes until a delicate creamy consistency. Then we wash the eggs under hot running water and add one by one to the mixer bowl, while not ceasing to mix.

Now visually divide the entire volume of the flour mixture into three parts and add it gradually to the mixer bowl, the speed of which is best reduced to a minimum. After the first part of the flour, add a little kefir, then flour again, until we get a homogeneous smooth dough.

Step 2: Prepare the berries.


You can use any berries for the pie: raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, currants or blackberries. Moreover, both one type and a mixture of different berries. This is entirely up to your taste.

Pour the frozen berries into a deep plate, add 2 tablespoons of flour and mix gently.

Step 3: Bake the cake.


Then mix the prepared berries with the dough. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil and carefully pour the dough with berries into it.

Put the mold into the preheated oven and bake the cake for 50 - 75 minutes until fully prepared. The time will depend on the oven and the chosen form.

The readiness of the cake can be checked with a regular match, toothpick or skewer. It should not have traces of raw, unbaked dough.

After cooking, take the mold out of the oven and let the cake cool down a bit. Then we take out the pastry from the mold, put it on a wire rack or a wooden cutting board and wait for it to cool completely.

Step 4: Serve the frozen berry pie.

Berry pie is served at room temperature. It can be decorated with powdered sugar or a delicious frosting, such as chocolate or fruit. As for the drink, it is better to give preference to aromatic tea or cocoa. Enjoy delicious homemade cakes!

Products(for about 6 servings):
250 g flour
10 g baking powder
200 g sugar
10 g vanilla sugar
A pinch of salt
300 ml water
80 g corn oil
120 g chocolate ice cream
50 g dark chocolate
10 g cream (in general, you need to use 33% for glaze, but I only had 10%, I used them)
25 g white chocolate

Cooking:
Mix dry products (flour, baking powder, salt, 2 sugars), pour in oil and water, mix and beat so that no lumps remain.

Put the dough into a ring shape (i.e. with a hole in the center). Put in the oven, preheated to 175 degrees, for 1 hour. Cool on a wire rack.

Cut in half, make an indentation in the lower part, which is filled with a slightly melted ice cream. I cut off a lot from the top, as a result, the lower part was small and the fillings contained a little, if possible, cut off a smaller one from the top. Close the filling with the top of the cake. Put in the refrigerator, take out 10 minutes before use.

Melt dark chocolate with cream, cover the cupcake with icing, make strips of melted white chocolate.

This chocolate ice cream is my favorite, I generally love chocolate more now, although I used to be a fan of regular vanilla. So it was delicious for me :)) And the cupcake didn’t let us down, although it’s almost out of nothing. I especially recommend that fasting people pay attention to it: without eggs, butter and dairy products, it turns out wonderful both in taste and texture (it is soft, moist, but not gooey).

Ingredients:

  • Ice cream– 500g
  • 1st grade flour - about 1 cup
  • Oat bran - 1 tbsp.
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Chocolate bitter - 30 - 40g

My cooking method:

1. We take out the ice cream from the freezer, transfer it to a container and let it melt to a mushy state, mix
