  • breadcrumbs - 25 g;
  • mustard - 20 g;
  • salt, pepper, parsley - to taste.

Cooking

  1. Pour half of the required amount of oil into the pan and heat it.
  2. Finely chop the onion and sauté.
  3. Mix the roast with peeled and finely chopped mushrooms. We fry for about a quarter of an hour.
  4. Add the egg and mix everything well.
  5. Pour the wine here and wait until it evaporates.
  6. After that, pour crackers, chopped parsley into the mushroom dressing, mix and remove from heat.
  7. We wash the meat, dry it with paper towels, rub with salt and pepper.
  8. Fry in the second portion of oil until golden brown.
  9. Let cool a little.

  • cilantro - 1 bunch;
  • salted cucumber - 1 pc.;

  • liquid honey - 0.5 tsp;
  • vegetable oil - 1 table. l.

Cooking

We will lay out the salad in layers. You can cut the ingredients in any order, taking into account the fact that tangerines, persimmons and tomatoes cannot be crushed too much, otherwise they will let the juice go.

  1. We cut the persimmon. Lay out on a plate.

2. Boil shrimp and squid in separate pans. Keep seafood in boiling water for no longer than 2.5 minutes, remove all excess. Squid - from films and chords, shrimps - from heads, shells, tails and intestinal veins. Finely chop all prepared seafood.
3. Cool the eggs and cut into miniature cubes.
4. Squeeze the pickled onion.
5. Finely grate the cheese, and randomly chop the crab meat.

3. Pickle the onion in a mixture of water and vinegar. After about half an hour, squeeze it out of excess liquid.
4. Put the salad in portioned bowls in layers: pork straws - onions - cucumbers - eggs - Korean carrots.
5. Top the appetizer with plenty of grated semi-hard cheese, garnish with olive slices and chopped green onions.
