First you need to prepare the dough. In one bowl, an egg is mixed with sugar, a little salt is added there. The mass is intensively whipped with a whisk until a light foam appears.


Add half of kefir to the egg mash, and add soda here, which can be quenched with vinegar, although kefir also neutralizes it. Mix the base for the future test. Pour the flour into the bowl little by little and stir constantly, achieving a uniform dough.

When you can see that all the lumps have disappeared, you can add the rest of the kefir. It remains to stir thoroughly so that the dough resembles thick sour cream in terms of viscosity.

It's time to start baking pancakes. Heat up the oil in a frying pan. Spoon out the dough.

Quickly, before the top has time to grab, put the filling from the finished boiled condensed milk in the center of each cake. Choose for yourself what portion you will send inside.

7. Before putting the next batch of pancakes into the pan, grease the pan again with oil.
