  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • a teaspoon of ground ginger

  1. Grind the garlic, finely chop the greens.
  2. Next, mix the tomatoes with a tablespoon of paprika (ground) and a teaspoon of ginger. Add herbs, garlic and black pepper.
  3. Thoroughly coat the wings with the resulting marinade and leave for an hour. Add salt before baking.
  4. Next, spread the wings on a greased baking sheet, put raw potatoes in slices between the wings, then put the baking sheet in the oven at a temperature of 190 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes.

We will need:

  • 2 bulbs
  • ½ sweet pepper

  • 1.5 teaspoons of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil,

Cooking like this:

  1. First, let's prepare the broth. To do this, rinse all the wings with cold water and put them in a saucepan. Then chop the onions and carrots (quite large) and add them to the meat. Pour 5 peas of allspice into the pan and pour all the ingredients with 3 liters of clean drinking water. Bring the broth to a boil. Remove the resulting foam with a slotted spoon, reduce the heat and cook under the ajar lid for 40 minutes.
  2. While the broth is cooking, prepare the dressing for the soup. To do this, finely chop the onion into cubes, cut the pepper into strips. Fry the onion in a frying pan in hot vegetable oil for 5 minutes. Then add sweet pepper to the onion and fry for another 5 minutes. Next, add tomato paste (2 tablespoons) and 0.1 l of clean drinking water to the pan. Mix the resulting mass and continue to simmer for 5 minutes until the water evaporates.
  3. Separately, cut the potatoes (medium-sized cubes). We chop the greens and chop the garlic.
  4. We filter the broth. We free the wings from skin and bones. Cut the carrots from the broth into strips. After that, put the pot with the broth on the stove, add all the previously prepared ingredients to the broth, with the exception of garlic and chopped herbs. You can add a little more water if you like thinner soups. Cook the soup until the potatoes are cooked (about 10 minutes). Add garlic and herbs to the finished soup, remove the pan from the stove, cover it with a lid and leave to infuse for 20 minutes.
