Lately, instead of breast, I take boiled meat from drumsticks, thighs, or make chicken ham from the breast and use it to make a salad. The most economical and zealous option is to put chicken meat from the “backs” into the salad after preparing the broth. I recommend that everyone who cooks noodle broth for the holiday take a closer look at it.

Tiffany's recipes often include nuts - almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts. I don't put them in. But I have a completely “magic” ingredient that gives the salad an enchanting, incomparable taste. This ingredient is called “chaman”. It can only be replaced with “utskho-suneli”. Having cooked with chaman just once, you will love this spice for life, it makes the taste of many dishes so expressive.

I rarely prepare mayonnaise salads. It’s best to season them with homemade mayonnaise, but in a hurry I sometimes use a good store-bought mayonnaise (there are practically no good or excellent store-bought mayonnaises).

The authentic recipe contained exclusively emerald-colored grapes.
I made my first attempts exclusively using Arcadia or Laura grapes. But now I use any large, tasty, beautiful grapes. Sometimes you can’t get one and you have to choose the best one from what is available on the shelves.

The original called for layering lettuce on lettuce leaves. I do this very rarely. Salad leaves, as a rule, remain uneaten and are thrown away, which I absolutely do not like.

Ingredients: 1 smoked chicken breast, 90 g of nuts (walnuts or almonds), mayonnaise, 320 g of dark grapes, 3 boiled eggs, 170 g of semi-hard or hard cheese, salt.

Ingredients: 340 g of chicken meat, 180 g of any fresh mushrooms (champignons are best), 160 g of semi-hard cheese, salt, 4 pre-boiled large eggs, white onion, 330 g of large green grapes, mayonnaise.

  1. Fresh mushrooms are peeled, cut into miniature pieces and, together with onion cubes, fried in hot oil. The mass needs to be salted a little.
  2. The chicken is boiled in salted boiling water until tender, cooled and chopped as desired.
  3. Cheese and eggs that have cooled after cooking are rubbed coarsely.
  4. The grapes are removed from the branch and each berry is cut in half. The seeds are removed from the fruit.

Ingredients: 420 g turkey (leg), half a glass of walnuts removed from the shell, grapes of any color up to 300 g, 160 ml not too fatty sour cream, 90 ml mayonnaise, 2-3 garlic cloves, salt, standard processed cheese, a mixture of ground peppers .

  1. First, the peeled nuts are dried in a dry frying pan. It is enough to keep them on the fire for 3-4 minutes - this will make the taste of the product more expressive. Next, the nuts are turned into coarse crumbs using a mortar.
