- Salt - 60 g.
- Lemon juice - 5 ml.

After this, boil the raspberries over low heat for 5-7 minutes after boiling. Skim off the foam and do not stir the jam. A minute before it's ready, add lemon juice. Ingredients:

Strawberries - 500 g.
- Lemon - ½ pc.
- Sugar - 150 g.
- Olive oil - 10 ml.

Cooking method:

Wash the strawberries, remove the stems and dry. Grind in a blender with sugar and lemon juice. Then simmer the mixture over low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring constantly. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and grease with olive oil. Pour the mixture onto the parchment in a thin stream so that the layer thickness is about 5 mm. Dry the marshmallow for 3-4 hours in the oven at 165 degrees with the door ajar. Remove the marshmallow from the oven and cut into pieces. Ingredients:

- Strawberries - 1 kg.
- Water - 500 ml.
- Sugar - 1 kg.
- Apple cider vinegar - 30 ml.
- Lemon juice - 5 ml.

Cooking method:

Gently wash the strawberries in the vinegar solution and remove the stems. Dry the berries.
To prepare syrup: dissolve sugar in hot water.
Pour the syrup over the strawberries for two hours. After this, boil the strawberries in the syrup three times, leaving the berries to rest for two hours between boils. During cooking, skim off the foam and do not stir the jam, just shake the pan every 2 minutes. A minute before it's ready, add lemon juice. Pour the finished jam into sterilized jars and let cool to at least 50 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Seal the jars and store in a cool, dark place.

To prepare the syrup, dissolve sugar in hot water. Pour syrup over the strawberries, first passing it through sioo to get rid of lumps of sugar.


Leave the berries in the syrup for 2 hours. After this, boil the berries in syrup 3 times, leaving the berries to rest for 2 hours between cooking.

During cooking, skim off the foam and do not stir the jam, but only shake the pan every 2 minutes. A minute before it is fully cooked, add lemon juice.

Pour the finished jam into sterilized jars. Let the jam cool to at least 50°C for 15-20 minutes.

Roll into jars. Store in a cool, dark place.

Raspberry jam

  • Raspberries - 1 kg
  • Sugar - 1 kg
  • Salt - 60 g
  • Lemon juice - 5 ml

Gently rinse the raspberries in a saline solution in a colander in several portions. Add sugar and leave for 4 hours.

After this, boil the raspberries over low heat for 5-7 minutes after boiling. Skim off the foam and do not stir.

  • Strawberries - 500 g

  • Bananas - 2 pcs.
  • Strawberries - 150 g
  • Raspberries - 150 g
  • Milk - 200 ml

Mix the berries and bananas in a blender, add milk and mix the mixture again until maximum fertility.

  • Dandelions 150 Gram
  • Sugar 1 Kilogram
  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Water 1 glass

Collect several mugs of dandelions so that their weight is about 150 grams. Wash the flowers well and dry them. It is better to dry flowers naturally.

Wash the lemon well and remove the zest. Squeeze the juice from the lemon and grate the zest or finely chop it. Pour water over sugar, add lemon juice and zest. Let the sugar dissolve.

Water – 500 ml
Sugar – 1 kg
Apple cider vinegar – 30 ml
Lemon juice – 5 ml

Cooking method:
Gently wash the strawberries in the vinegar solution and remove the stems. Dry the berries. Make syrup from water and sugar.

Pour the syrup over the strawberries for two hours. After this, boil the strawberries in syrup for 5-7 minutes after boiling three times, leaving the berries to rest for two hours between cooking. During cooking, skim off the foam and do not stir the jam, just shake the pan every 2 minutes. A minute before it's ready, add lemon juice. Pour the finished jam, not reaching 1cm from the edge, into sterilized jars and let cool to at least 50C for 15-20 minutes. Seal the jars and store in a cool, dark place.

RASPBERRY JAM

Ingredients:
Raspberries – 1 kg
Sugar – 1 kg
Salt – 60 g
Lemon juice – 5 ml

Cooking method:
