Cut the apples into thin small slices and sprinkle evenly over the bottom of the mold. Now you can cook fluffy dough without fear that it will settle while we fiddle with the apples.



Beat the eggs with sugar using a mixer, the yolks from the whites, as for a biscuit, do not need to be separated!



Beat for a minute - one and a half, this is enough to get a lush thick mass with bubbles.



Pour flour into a bowl, soda into flour, quench with vinegar and mix thoroughly, but carefully, so as not to knock off the foam.



Pour the dough over the apples, distribute it evenly with a spoon, and place the mold in a well-preheated oven.



The five-minute is baked, although not 5 minutes, but still quite quickly - 20 - 25 minutes, over medium heat, closer to high. Just check from time to time with a stick, so that it does not happen that the top is already burning, and the middle is still watery. In this case, the fire must be slightly reduced, not abruptly, so that the cake does not "sit down".



After trying the pie with a skewer again, and making sure that it is dry, we take out the pastries from the oven.



We wait until it cools down a little, and take the cake out of the mold. It is convenient to turn it over onto the lid of the pan, and then from the lid to the dish.

  • 230 ml of kefir;

  • 140 gr. Sahara;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 230 gr. flour;
  • 70 gr. butter;
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Sift the flour through a sieve, add it to a non-baking powder and mix. Break the eggs into another bowl, add the same sugar, mix with a mixer or manually, pour kefir and melted butter into this mass, beat a little more. Then add flour, continue stirring with a mixer. Cut the apples into thin slices, sprinkle with cinnamon and stir. Grease the form with oil and lightly “dust” with flour. We spread about half of the prepared dough. Then we lay out the fruit slices, distributing them evenly. The next layer is the remaining dough.

Cook for approximately forty-five minutes at 180 degrees. Cool the finished pie, then put it on a dish. You can decorate the finished baked goods: pour 1-2 tablespoons of powdered sugar into a sieve and sprinkle the top of the dessert.

A delicious quick recipe

A beautiful and delicious apple pie can be whipped up if you have sour cream in the house.

  • 180 g flour;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 160 g Sahara;
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 240 gr. sour cream;
  • 500 gr. apples;
  • 15 gr. oils.

We measure the sugar, then pour 1.5 tablespoons into a separate bowl (for sprinkling). Pour the rest of the sugar into a bowl with broken eggs, beat with a mixer. Add sour cream and baking powder, beat a little more. Gradually add flour through a sieve, stirring the mass with a spoon.

  • 6 tablespoons of sugar;
  • 360 gr. flour;
  • 110 g butter;
  • 2-3 apples;
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 banana;
  • 0.5 teaspoons of cinnamon.
  • 170 g kefir.

Cut the butter into pieces and leave it at room temperature until softened. Then add the sifted flour and grind until a homogeneous crumb is obtained. We pour about a quarter of the resulting crumb, mix it with cinnamon.

Pour baking powder into the rest of the mixture and pour in kefir. We mix. The dough turns out to be soft, plastic.

Put the dough in a greased baking dish, distribute it over the inner surface. You should get a cake with sides. Put apples and banana mugs cut into thin slices on the dough.

Sprinkle the fruit layer with the crumbs and cinnamon left in advance. Cook for about thirty-five minutes at 190 degrees.
