  8. You should not take it out right away, the casserole will fall apart, and if it stands for ten minutes, it will be denser and easily separate from the walls of the mold. In addition, warm carrot casserole tastes better.

Products:

  • 200 g carrots;
  • 2 sweet apples;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 100 g sour cream;

Prepare ingredients. Peel and wash the carrots.
