When choosing sea fish in Russia, you should always give preference to Murmansk fish, because it is always processed there at the place of catch, often in the sea, often it is dry-frozen, does not re-freeze several times, therefore it is as fresh as possible and does not have any foreign odors. And in St.Petersburg she is probably being taken alive at all.

Last time I bought a small piece of cod fillet from an unknown manufacturer at a horse price. So after defrosting it looked like a rag and smelled of either formalin or no one knows what, but not sea fish.
