We recently decided to have an Italian style party. They invited guests and began to prepare all sorts of goodies. Some recipes have already been published on the site, and, quite possibly, you have already seen them, and maybe even cooked according to them, that's it. Now it's the turn to talk about pizzas, and there were three of them different kind. Let's start with the shrimp pizza.

The most difficult thing in preparing such a pizza is to peel the shrimp :-) You can, of course, take already peeled ones, but by spending 30 minutes removing the shells, you can save a lot on the cost of shrimp.

It's the same story with pizza dough. You can buy a special pizza base, you can use puff pastry. But, to be honest, the dough made by one's own hands is much tastier than the store-bought one. Labor costs for its kneading are minimal and take only 5-7 minutes. Approach the dough should be put in a warm place where there are no drafts. The ideal temperature for this is 28-30 degrees. In the meantime, you are defrosting and cleaning the shrimp, it will already fit and you can proceed directly to the cooking process. The dough proposed in our recipe is very tender and soft. It is easy to form a pizza base from it, for this you can even not use a rolling pin, the main thing is to grease your hands with olive oil so that the dough does not stick.

Ingredients:

  • Flour - 175 grams;
  • Water - 125 ml;
  • Dry yeast - 1 teaspoon;
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon (for dough);
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon for dough plus for greasing pizza;
  • Tomato pulp - 3 tablespoons;
  • Shrimp - 300 grams;
  • Mozzarella for pizza - 50 - 70 grams;
  • Salt to taste.

How to make shrimp pizza:

Step 1

Dissolve yeast in warm water.

Step 2

Pizza dough. Sift flour into a deep bowl, add salt and mix. Then add water with yeast and olive oil. kneading soft dough, cover it and leave it in a warm place to approach. The dough should double in volume.

Step 3

While the dough is rising, defrost the shrimp and peel them from the shells.

Step 4

When the dough is ready, we begin to make the base for the pizza. To do this, grease your hands with olive oil and stretch the dough, you can help roll out the dough with a rolling pin.

Step 5

Lightly grease the pizza base with olive oil so that the dough does not soak with tomatoes and does not become loose. Then cover the base with tomato pulp. Spread the shrimp evenly and season with salt to taste.

Step 6

Coarsely grate the mozzarella and sprinkle over the pizza.

Step 7

Bake pizza in a very preheated oven for 10 minutes at a temperature of 200-220 degrees.

Cooking method;

  1. Beat eggs, add salt. Pour in milk and sour cream. Mix everything and add flour.
  2. Stir the dough with a mixer at high speed. It should be enough thick.
  3. Prepare the filling: peel the shrimp and squid. Remove the shell from the shrimp and separate the heads, remove the insides from the squid and remove the film on both sides. Boil in salted boiling water for a couple of minutes, drain in a colander. Squid cut into strips or rings.
  4. Chop cucumbers. Cut the onion into thin rings and scald with boiling water to remove the bitterness.
  5. Prepare the sauce: mix sour cream, mustard and lemon juice.
  6. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, pour the dough, cover with a lid. Let stand for a couple of minutes on medium heat, you need the dough to set. Put the stuffing on top and pour the sauce over it.
  7. Cover with a lid and cook for 10-15 minutes. Care must be taken not to burn the bottom. Pizza is not very convenient to get out of the pan, so you need to cut off pieces and pull them out with a spatula.

  3. Boil shrimp in boiling water for 2.5 minutes.
  4. Cut pineapples into square pieces.
  5. Prepare the sauce: mix sour cream and oregano, pour in the pineapple liquid and 1 tbsp. l. melted butter.
  6. Grease a baking sheet with butter. Roll out the dough into a round layer, put on a baking sheet. Lubricate the workpiece with sauce and distribute the filling: shrimp, chicken, pineapple.
  7. Bake pizza in a preheated oven to 180 ° C for about a quarter of an hour.

Oven pizza recipe with seafood

The pizza dough for this recipe uses yeast, so the cooking time is at least 2 hours.

Ingredients:

  • 180 g of milk;
  • a spoonful of dry yeast;
  • 1 egg;
  • 1 st. l. granulated sugar;
  • 0.4 kg of wheat flour;
  • 70 g sour cream;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 20 g butter;
  • 20 g margarine;
  • a can of pitted olives;
  • 200 g shrimp;
  • 1 yellow bell pepper;
  • 300 g squid.

The dough will rise better if all the ingredients for it are at the same room temperature. The egg should be taken out of the refrigerator in advance

Sequencing:

  1. Heat milk to 36°C, dissolve sugar and yeast in it. Let stand in a warm place for about 20 minutes. During this time, the yeast will begin to work, and a foamy cap will form on the surface.
  2. Break the egg, mix everything. Small portions add flour and knead the dough. Cover it with a towel and leave for an hour and a half. When it rises, knead it again.
  3. Peel the squids and shrimps, throw into boiling water, cook for 3 minutes. Squid cut into narrow strips. Slice the olives crosswise. Peel and chop the pepper.
  4. Melt butter, mix with sour cream. Add minced garlic.
  5. Grease a baking sheet with margarine. Roll out the dough, spread on a baking sheet. The layer must be of uniform thickness. Lubricate it thickly sour cream garlic sauce. Lay the filling on top.
  6. Bake pizza in preheated oven for 15 minutes.

Pour the yeast diluted in 100 ml of warm water into the sifted flour, add salt, oil and the remaining water, quickly knead the dough. Knead vigorously until it becomes soft and elastic. Form a ball from the dough, sprinkle with flour and leave in a warm and dark place for 2 hours, covering the dishes with a damp cloth.

To prepare the filling, cut the onion thinly into half rings and marinate in 2/3 lemon juice.

Cut the skinless tomatoes into cubes and fry in 3 tbsp. l. oil 5 minutes, add basil, oregano, salt, pepper, finely chopped 1 garlic clove. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Bulgarian pepper cut into large strips and fry in 2 tbsp. l. oil 5 minutes. In the same frying pan, fry the peeled (from the shell and heads, and 4 shrimp whole) shrimp for 5 minutes, pouring in the remaining lemon juice first, and after 1 minute the vinegar. Remove the pan from the heat, add finely chopped 1 clove of garlic, salt to taste. Cover the pan with a lid.

Cut the mozzarella into slices, grate the parmesan fine grater cut the olives in half.

Divide the risen dough into 2 pizza pieces. Place on a floured surface and roll out into a thin circle with a diameter of 30 cm.

Put the dough in a pizza dish or on a sheet, sprinkling it with flour. Shrimp pizza. Step by step recipe

  1. Shrimp pizza should be soft and thick enough. Prepare dough. The recipe for yeast pizza dough that we use at home is simple and straightforward. Read -.
  2. After the dough has risen, knead it and stretch it into a cake 5-7 mm thick. Put the dough on the form, after lightly greasing it with olive oil. Be sure to prick the dough with a fork in several places.   7. Scald the tomato with boiling water and remove the skin. Then cut and remove the seeds. Cut the tomato pulp into small cubes. Arrange the tomato on top of the dough, distributing it evenly.
  8. Sprinkle the whole pizza with dry oregano - 2-3 pinches.
  9. Cut the pitted olives lengthwise into quarters and arrange on top of the pizza.
    Cut mozzarella balls in half or quarters and spread evenly.
  10. Pour boiling water over the shrimp from the kettle and wait until they thaw. Drain the water, and peel the shrimp from the shell, tearing off the tail - the neck of the shrimp. Peeled shrimp meat, if the shrimp are large, cut in half lengthwise, simultaneously removing the remains of the intestine along the tail closer to the top - the convex part. If the shrimp are small, you can use them whole.
  11. Arrange the shrimp meat on top of the pizza, making sure that the shrimp are placed between the mozzarella pieces, then the pizza will be homogeneous.

I always cover the dough with cling film so that it does not weather during the defrosting process.
Once the dough is soft and ready for further cooking, place it on a lightly floured surface and roll into a flat cake that fits your baking dish.

Step 2: Prepare the sauce.



While you're waiting for the dough, it's time to prepare the sauce. Prepare first onion, peeling it from the husk and cutting into small cubes. Then heat vegetable oil, preferably olive oil, in a frying pan and fry the onion in it until golden-transparent.
Meanwhile, place the canned tomatoes in a blender and puree. You should get a thick homogeneous mass, similar to tomato paste.
Pour the tomato puree into the skillet with the onions, and add the basil and pepper to taste. Don't forget to salt. Cook sauce over low heat for 8-10 minutes. Do not forget to stir the mass all the time so that it does not burn.
While the sauce is cooking, rinse green onion and cut it into small pieces. Add it to the finished tomato mass as soon as you remove it from the heat.
To make the sauce less acidic, add a little granulated sugar at the end and mix well.

Step 3: Prepare the shrimp.



Pour water into a saucepan, put everything on fire and bring to a boil. Drop the shrimp into boiling water for 2-3 minutes, this is usually enough to bring the seafood to readiness. Then throw them in a colander and wait until the water drains. Important: if you took unpeeled shrimp, then you need to remove the shell from them just after cooking.

Step 4: Prepare the cheese.

After that, it remains only to lay out the filling, you need to do this in the following order: first lay the shrimp and mozzarella slices, and sprinkle with grated hard cheese on top of everything. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and put the pizza to bake in it on 10 minutes. After that, you will see that the base is completely baked, and the cheese has melted, slightly soaked in sauce and spread, covering the shrimp. This all means that the pizza is ready, so feel free to take it out of the oven and serve it to the table.

Step 6: Serve the shrimp pizza.



Serve shrimp pizza hot, that's when it's tastier and more aromatic. Transfer the dish to a large plate or board, divide it into pieces with a knife, according to the number of participants in the meal, and proceed to the meal as soon as possible.
