Step-by-step cooking

We start preparing dessert by preparing gelatin: pour milk into a cup, add gelatin and put the cup on water bath on the stove. Bring the water in a saucepan with a cup to a boil, and then lower the temperature to a minimum, and leave it stirring occasionally to dissolve the gelatin.

Sand base for cheesecake

Grind the cookies in a blender into small crumbs and add melted butter.

Stir until our cheesecake base is moist.

Then use a spoon to gently place the cheesecake base on the bottom of the split pan.

Cooking curd filling with condensed milk

In a large bowl, combine soft cottage cheese and condensed milk.
