In sifted flour (not all) put salt, seasonings and oil. Stir. Add water gradually, stirring well.

Ingredients for a large serving:

  • Banana - 1 piece
  • Canned pineapples - 200 gr
  • Chocolate - 90 gr.

For a quick yeast dough:

  • Flour - 400 gr

  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Dry fast-acting yeast - 5-8 gr

Cooking method:

    Combine dry ingredients for the base in a large container. Sift the flour first. Make a small indentation in the resulting mixture.

    We mix warm water with vegetable oil, it is great if it is olive oil. And slowly pour the liquid into the well, gradually mixing with the flour. The mass will turn out to be heterogeneous.

    Pour flour on a table or large board, lower the resulting dough on it. Stir gently until smooth. The ideal pizza dough is elastic, firm and tender. The flour that you add should not be much, otherwise it will turn out to be tight.

    We return it back to the container, cover with foil. Let stand for an hour in a warm place. And so that it does not stick to the mold, brush it just a little with a brush with olive oil.
