Salads - for me, at least - the main course festive table... And on the blog, I have already shared their recipes more than once, for example and. In fact, the hot is not so important as the beautifully arranged and varied cold dishes with which we begin our festive dinner.

I think that you, dear readers, often have to cook them - and not only on or on March 8th. Therefore, of course, you are familiar with the basic rules for preparing salads. But repetition, as you know, is the mother of learning. So:

Important! The most harmful thing about smoked chicken is the skin. It is removed even in the boiled one, but here it is even more important to remove it before preparing the salad.

We will need:

  • 2 tomatoes,
  • a pack of mushroom croutons,
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • our main ingredient: smoked breast.

We cut everything into cubes (in the form of crackers), mix, fill, decorate. By the way, you can fill it not only with mayonnaise, but also with lemon sauce. For decoration, you can use sprigs of parsley, pomegranate seeds and / or pastry poppy. Everything is very fast. Five minutes - and you can go out to the guests with a delicious and beautiful salad.

Cut the chicken into cubes, cheese, eggs and three apple on a coarse grater. We saturate each layer with mayonnaise, and sprinkle with crushed crackers on top (what kind of "Napoleon" without sprinkling?).

  2. Pay special attention to the choice of smoked meats: if there is liquid in the vacuum package, and there are jelly-like inclusions on the cut of meat, it is not cooked correctly.
