This nutritious, tasty and mouth-watering dish is easy and quick to make, so even a novice cook can cook it. For the filling you will need smoked poultry meat, champignons, cheese, tomatoes. Spices and seasonings are added to taste.

Ingredients:

  • sour cream, mayonnaise - 8 tbsp. l.;
  • flour - 450 g;
  • eggs - 4 pcs.;
  • salt, black pepper - to taste.
  • tomato paste (ketchup) - 100 g;
  • mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • mushrooms - 8 pcs.;
  • smoked fillet - 200 g;

We roll it into a ball, wrap it with cling film and forget it in the refrigerator for the night. Such an adze is baked for 20-30 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C, depending on the products used.

From rice flour

So, healthy pizza on rice flour dough - a recipe with a photo. Who knows a lot about rice, if not the Japanese? They even have a special pizza called okonomi-yaki. It is very simple to make it, we take any filling, it is cooked in a pan in 5 minutes, the main condition is rice flour and cabbage leaves.
